CANCELLATION POLICY EXPLAINED: HOW IT WORKS

You have the flexibility to cancel your order either before it is dispatched or within 3 hours of placing the order, whichever occurs first. Additionally, partial cancellations or canceling individual items from an order after it has been placed are NOT permitted. To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to us at [email protected] and submit your request. For prepaid orders canceled within three hours of placement on the website, a full refund will be initiated. Please note that the refund process will take approximately 24-48 business hours, following the proper processing of the cancellation request by our team. Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate order cancellations after delivery due to hygiene reasons. Alqua E-Mart reserves the right to refuse transactions or delay the refund process by 3-6 months for users with a history of questionable charges, such as bulk order cancellations, occurring more than once.

In the event of damaged products, you must report the issue within 2 days or 48 hours of product delivery to request a replacement or refund. Upon thorough verification of the damaged product(s) by our team, you will be eligible to receive a full refund or a replacement.

If you receive wrong or incomplete products, don’t worry! Simply report the issue within 2 days or 48 hours from the delivery date, and we will promptly replace them for you. For any wrong or incomplete orders, we recommend providing an unboxing video for documentation purposes.
