Once this window has passed, we won’t be able to accept cancellation requests due to operational constraints. If you’ve prepaid for your order and decide to cancel within three hours of placing it on the Website, we’ll issue a full refund. The refund process typically takes 24-48 business hours and will commence only after our team has processed your cancellation request.
For your convenience and hygiene, we cannot accommodate order cancellations after delivery.
Exceptions: Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application of Products are not covered under our Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns Policy. Orders for Gift kits are not eligible for exchange or refund. Exchange of Products due to allergic reactions is not applicable.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping: As a customer, you’ll experience prompt deliveries from our multiple warehouses across the country, typically within 5 to 7 working days. For damaged products, please report within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement. In case of wrong or incomplete orders, notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll promptly address the issue.
